ADA Accessible

The main level is handicap accessible. The sidewalk from the parking area is wide concrete with an 8” step onto the main level front porch, served by a portable 6’ ramp. Once inside, the main floor provides access to the kitchen, dining table, main living room, queen bedroom, spacious covered rear deck, and laundry room. The queen bedroom includes a large shower with hand-held wand, comfort height toilet, a handicap accessible sink and lever faucet handles, all with grab bars.
